I lived in a Student Brighton property for 3 years while at university and found them to be very professional and fair with the way they conducted themselves and treated their tenants.

I stayed with Student Brighton for my first year at university and I couldn't have asked for a better landlord to help make my first year so great! I had a problem with my sink being blocked and emailed the landlord and the next day they came over to fix it, as well as when my bed broke, they got me new bed and on the same day! I stayed my 1st and 2nd year of uni in Bedford Square- location and room was perfect for me. The landlord Nick was always easy to get a hold of and very friendly, and if I ever had an issue it would be sorted within the day if not the following week. Only down side is the lack of common area which sometimes made the flat a bit quiet, but other than that it was a lovely first solo living experience!! :)

I’ve been renting with Student Brighton for two years whilst I was finishing up my Undergraduate degree at the University of Sussex, and as an international student my experience was great. I would always get timely responses via email from the landlord and the renting scheme was uncomplicated and simple. Any issues with the room were always quickly resolved. The student accommodation I chose was spacious and in a great location (in a peaceful residential area, close to the bus stop, train station, as well as major shopping centres in-town) and my time there was mostly stress-free. When I was first booking viewings for the room I was also shown several options besides the one I would eventually rent out, which helped me a lot in the decision process.
